Comparative report between two checkADHD Tests Taken at Two Different Times

Name : XXXXX
Test A Date : 2010-01-01
Test B Date : 2010-02-01
Age : 30

The present report provides a comparison between sustained attention and response inhibition capacities at two different times (two distinct CheckADHD tests). One can compare performance before and after treatment or monitor changes in attention and impulse control abilities as a function of time or context. The report contrasts performance on five different indices: Omission and Commission errors under conditions of high and low target frequency, and on a Combined ADHD Index.
The findings are presented both in text and in figures. The graphic presentation provides a visual index of the findings. However, the results reported in the text reflect the most decisive results relying on the most accurate statistical analyses.

Omission Errors - Low Target Frequency
Functioning on the first CheckADHD test was significantly lower than the expected age-related norm.
The second CheckADHD test reflects a significant improvement in functioning relative to the first test, indicating performance that is within the expected age-related norm.

Commission Errors - Low Target Frequency
Functioning on the first CheckADHD test was significantly lower than the expected age-related norm.
The second CheckADHD test reflects a significant improvement in functioning relative to the first test, indicating performance that is within the expected age-related norm.

Omission Errors - High Target Frequency
Functioning on the first CheckADHD test was somewhat lower than the expected age-related norm.
The second CheckADHD test reflects an improvement in functioning relative to the first test, indicating performance that is within the expected age-related norm.

Commission Errors - High Target Frequency
Functioning on the first CheckADHD test was significantly lower than the expected age-related norm.
The second CheckADHD test does not reflect a significant improvement in functioning relative to the first test.

This report is meant to provide a preliminary assessment of sustained attention and response inhibition performance. It is not a medical advice, a professional opinion, or a substitute for consultation with a specialist about a formal diagnosis of these conditions and their treatment. In addition, it is possible that the test results show normal performance, but an additional or a different test will find dysfunctions related to Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
